Charitable Purposes

The Foundation’s objectives are:

• • Support and encourage shompole children to go to school
• • Ensure no Kids are left at home for lack of school fees
• • Support the needy kids in the society to attained their education and avoid early marriage that kill their dream
• • Support the shompole school programs where necessary
• • Support shompole people health facilities
• • Support and promote such educational purposes as the trustees shall select, provided that such purposes shall be exclusively charitable in law

Guiding Principles

The Foundation will pursue strategic activities which demonstrate:

• • Meaningful support that will enable the organization and/or project to advance its objectives significantly and, simultaneously, advance the charitable purposes of the Foundation.
• • A benefit that would not otherwise have been realized by the organization, but for the support provided.
• • Support for Shompole children education and/or projects, where possible.
• • Support the conservation projects of shompole where possible
• • Support conservation education for local schools around shompole

For each Strategic Focus Area we will identify and monitor on an ongoing basis:

• • The beneficiaries and the effect of our engagement.
• • The purposes of our engagement.
• • The direct benefits which flow from our chosen purpose.
• • Progress of the beneficiary in school
• • Keep a file of records for each beneficiary
• • How the benefits are (will be) demonstrated.

Monitoring

• • To record the basis of support for any Project.
• • To make clear, as part of that support, the expectations of the Foundation.
• • To files for the progress of the kids we support
• • To receive Project updates and carry out inspections.
• • To learn from experience and maximize future support in achieving public benefit and the Foundation’s goals.
